SUPREME. The first monograph on the iconic label and independent of New York Street Culture. In April 1994, Supreme opened its doors on Lafayette Street in the center of Manhattan and became the emblem of New York Skate culture. Coming to compete with the domination established by the skate scene of the west coast and New York conservatism of the 90s, supreme defined the aesthetics of the rebel era raised by skaters, fashionistas and hip hop leaders.
