The XT-6 was never built for the city. It came out of Salomon's S-LAB program, developed for the most demanding ultra-trail racers, and had to survive brutal terrain before it ever became a Sportstyle cult piece. That lineage still shows on the tongue, where the "Racing Product" tag marks where this shoe actually comes from: a technical lab, not a style desk. The Peat Icicle Lime Cream colorway keeps that same raw language and drops it into a terrain it's never really left — the street.

The synthetic and textile upper lays down a dense, dark Peat base, cut through by Icicle overlays in a pale, almost mineral grey that trace the shoe's structural lines. Lime, sharp and unapologetic, takes over the midsole rand and bleeds onto the outsole, injecting a hit of contrast against the dark base. Cream quietly outlines the details, most visibly on the sockliner, closing out the palette without ever softening it. The build carries the precision typical of outdoor gear makers: clean stitching, TPU overlays protecting the flex zones, technical mesh that lets the construction breathe.
