3 weeks and i still haven't gotten my package

We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify the situation. Our store is in France and you are in the US. US Customs took an exceptionally long time to clear your package. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and cannot be held responsible for these delays.
You emailed us almost daily despite having the tracking link. Nevertheless, our team kindly and promptly replied to every single message to reassure you at each step.
Your package has now been successfully delivered. The entire transit took 20 days. While longer than usual for international shipping, this was entirely out of our hands.
Given our continuous support and the fact that the delay was strictly due to your country's customs, we find your 1-star review quite harsh and unfair.
We still hope you enjoy your items.
