    - Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the sheet of paper.
    - Repeat the operation for your other foot.
    - Measure the distance in cm of the wall (heel) at the longest point (toe) marked on the sheet. Take the biggest measurement of both.
    - Refer to the line "cm" of the table of the sizes above. By correspondence you will get your size.
