Technical Build & Innovations

• Rubber Glove Technology: Defying standard construction, this shoe is not vulcanised, nor is it a cupsole. It features Village PM’s unique construction with soft, sticky rubber manually wrapped around your foot for a precise, locked-in fit.

• Climbing Rubber Rand: Taking cues from traditional climbing shoes, soft, sticky climbing rubber is hand-wrapped around the forefoot and heel. This protects the premium cream suede and offers an incredibly consistent flick that lasts forever. Originally built for skating, it even features a replaceable side panel for repairs once the rubber eventually wears down.

• Asymmetrical Precision Fit: The upper embraces the natural asymmetrical shape of your feet, wrapping closely around the toes. This is achieved through a full foot lacing system that travels asymmetrically down the shoe.

• Drop-In EVA Midsole: Inside, you'll find an immensely thick drop-in midsole. Made of cushy, comfy EVA, it is thick in the heel area for massive impact protection and gently slimmed down from the mid foot forward for optimal board feel.

• Everyday Details: Finished with embroidered easy-on pull tabs and a durable rubber outsole that is surprisingly easy to break in.
