    The origin of Dime dates back to 2005, when young Montrealers Antoine Asselin, Phil Lavoie, Bob Lasalle, Hugo Balek, Charles Rivard, Eric Riedl and Alexis Lacroix began to post videos of absurd skate -Old School. In a few years, they have acquired a little notoriety in Canada and decided to make their first series of 100 t-shirts in a local printing house under the original name of "Diestore Crew".

     Once installed in the skateshops, the name held "Dime" consolidated its place on the local Canadian skateboard scene.
    In 2011, they called on the Canadian blogger and photographer Vince Tsang to help the design of the Weber site, the latter became artistic director of the brand. 

    Dime has become a lifestyle. They have evolved beyond a clothing brand, becoming real content creators and the first online influencers.
